Put Login boxes across the website

Hi,
I am redoing my website: http://www.pokereagles.com/

I have a Vbulletin Forum installed on it. I want to put the "username" and "password" box across the website on every page (even non-forum pages)...

I heard there is a mod here for it, but I can't find it.

I appreciate anyone pointing me to the right place...

You need to include the vBulletin backend to make use of the phrases. Alternatively, simply replace them with your text (such as "User Name:").

But I still want to show something like "Welcome Nima" when Nima actually signs in. Right now it does sign the users in, but the username and password still appear.... I want it not to show that anymore once someone has signed in...
