Block some forums from registering w/ Today's Posts
 
We have a game site that is starting to increase in size. With multiple communities posting it is rather difficult to keep the "Today's Post" from getting large. Since we added RSS feeds the Today's Post has been out of control.

Is there or can somebody think of an easy way to exclude certain forums from having their posts appear in the Today's Post list? I've seen several people request this, but their threads have either been long since forgotten or answered with a, "why would you want to do that."

To that I say, I love the idea of bringing RSS feeds to the forums; however, I don't want them to be the focus of the forum. Since we're pulling about 30 feeds twice a day they take over the new post listing and legit post from within our user communities are being lost in the mix.

Any help would be appreciated.
