I'm not quite sure why this is happening:

The first post is just specific to that sub-forum.

The second post is a global announcement that is shown at the top of ever forum abd sub-forum.

We want the second post (the forum rules) to not show up like this, but rather as a seperate announcement.

Currently, when you go here: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/fusion-brain/

It should have two announcements. One for Forum Rules and another for Fusion Brain Now Shipping Worldwide! Order Yours now .

How can I fix this?
