Search Parameter for AND

I'm using SQL search on my 3.5.4 forum and wonder if there is a search parameter that can be used to force AND instead of OR?

There is a list of these here, but none force AND over OR

Try quoting the string, eg. "Windows Vista Good?" instead of just Windows Vista Good?.

Thanks, but that limits the search to an exact phrase which is not what I want.
