How To add timer and more en shoutbox
 

Somebody help me please i need to do how add timer, rules and smilles in shoutbox
for have better idea see the IMG, i use the style Krish

You can edit the template "forumhome_vbshout" and add your own HTML to do the trick.

Ask the author of the shoutbox you're using. There's no "unified" solution for every shoutbox.
