Edit / Delete for unlimited time for a group

Hi friends,
I want to give privileges to a certain group so that it can edit / delete their own messages for limitless time. For default in Options of Created / Edited of Messages this in 1440, but that a general permission. Is there some way to give privileges to a single group?
