remove Signature Picture box?

Since we do not allow signature pictures to be used on our forums, I'd like to completely remove the box for them when in the UserCP and editing your signature.

I've messed around with the code, but since I don't know how to code, I'm not having any luck. I can remove the box, but then it messed up the entire layout of the page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disable the signatures pictures for which ever usergroup and vBulletin should remove the box for you.
