New Posts per forum?

Is there a mod out there that functions like the New Posts link in the nav bar, only you can have it per forum?

We have a fairly busy forum and for each of our sub-forums we have a moderator. To help make things a bit easier on them, I'd love to find a mod that would allow them to just check for new posts within their forum.

Of course, this mod would be avaliable for everyone of our users to use as well.

Something that might be included in the 'forum tools' drop down perhaps?

Is there a mod out there like this already and I've just missed it?

Have a look at the vB.org forum, under each of the forum's titles. ;)

The only thing I see is the option to subscribe, not a link to link to new posts on an individual forum basis?

Don't you see "Click here to view the latest topics"?

No - I must be over looking it.

Perhaps a screen shot of where it is on here would help?

im pretty sure its this.

Oh - no - I don't have that on our forums, I've actually never seen that anywhere but on here. Never on any other vBulletin sites I've been to.

Is this a standard feature?

i have been searching since i posted and cannot find anything as yet, you would think this hack/code would be somewhere.

lol every forum has it, look at the bottom of a forum when you enter.

Aren't you referring to this?

RedGTiVR6 07-04-2007 01:34 PM

yes, that stuff...I'm guessing it has to do with the way the forums here are set-up?

while that wouuld kind of work, I'd like it for each individual forum...not just each section.

good to know I'm not going crazy!
