online users problem

Hello ,
i've strange problem i've enabled, " Usrs online in this section "
it was working online and showing the correct number which usual between 2000-3000 users in "A" section
and tottal users is 4000 users
now its show tottal users is 4000
and Section "A" show only 200 users browsing this section which is worng
how i can fix this
