It's also a mystery/bug .....

It's not supposed to be possible to nominate a modification that is already in the vote, so I'm a little curious as to what has happened here.

Yes this is what I thought... Really strange coz I remember seing the nominate this hack link in the thread of my chatbox during last month.
But actually it is not showing so maybe something strange happened.

But this is more like a general bug not a particular as this is the same for Dream's chatbox.

It looks like the flag on the mod didn't get set (or it somehow got unset during the month).

Unless anyone has any objections then I think we may leave you in the vote now - we will discuss it internally.

It seems that the Automatic Embedded Video (youtube, plus many more) modification got withdrawn, but no one informed the staff, so it got included.

I have now removed it from the vote.
