Top Coders: Paul M (54), Andreas (89), Cybernetec (35), Psionic Vision (57), Abe1 (35)

Shouldn't Andreas be before Paul?

it is depending on installs... Paul have 17 000+ , and Andreas have 7000+ ...

you're suggesting that the number of uploaded modifications is the deciding factor ...

that's not the case .. we use a formula that accounts for a number of things

I don't know maybe ...

how much you participate?
how many articles (and ratings)?
how many modifications uploaded?
how many installs?
how active are you on the site?
ratings on modifications?
installs on modifications?
MOTM?

I can go on .. that's just a few things that we maybe consider.

The bottom line ... we promote the members who are the most active. Those who are not active will eventually drop off the list.
