Stop users posting that have banned emails
 
I have searched and searched for various combinations of banned email address restrictions but cannot find anything related to what I want.

The banned emails list as it relates to current members is totally useless. I am after some form of posting restriction/stopping for those members that have one of the newly banned email addresses. This would seem to be the logical result of not allowing current members to have them.

Does anyone know of anything that exists to accomplish this or know of a way that I can hack things myself to accomplish the same thing.

Your superior knowledge of VB is desperately sought...
