Forum name in the URL instead of ID
Is it a hack or an option? Whatever it is, I cannot find anything about it. I've seen several web-sites using it, like forums.macnn.com, where a forum URL is http://forums.macnn.com/macbook-pro-and-powerbook/ instead of http://forums.macnn.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2
Where do I find this. Thanks. Denis. |
It's called an SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
I use Zoints SEO on my forum (check my profile for a link), it works really well. Another one is vBSEO |
