Hide header template on board closed ?

Can anyone help me with this one.

If the board is closed, I only want to show the vbulletin logo ( at the top of the page ) and the closed reason.

I want to hide the header template

Can anyone tell me where I should be looking to make this happen.

I realise that if your logged out its a little harder to get logged back in without the header but it is possible.
