vb.org Archive - Group Demotion

When a member reaches 'X' number of posts they get added to a group (via VB's built-in promotions tool), but to stay in that group they have to post 'Y' amount of posts per day/week/month or else if they dont, they get removed from the group.

I'm requesting this because i have a shoutbox, and when i had it enabled, everyone was posting in it and no one posted in the forum. I want to encourage people to post in the forum, so i figured giving people who post often enough access to post in the shoutbox.

Can anyone make this for VB 3.6 ?

EDIT: NM, i found something similar for an older version that should work in 3.6
