Finding out which user made post number x?

Hi,

My community is coming up to two million posts now and I was wanting to make something of it, perhaps by giving the user who makes the two millionth some little prize of some sort.

Is there any way, once that number has been reached of discovering the userid of that post?

Many thanks for any insight you can give me!
