any real commercial host that DO NOT provide "free everything" in their plan is a good solution.

I agree with nex.

As soon as they need to draw you with free whatever, avoid them. Nothing is free in this world so they need to make money on something.

if you are running a medium size forum, you can get the AMD sempron, 1GB for $109
come with cpanel and fantastico. Pretty good deal.
