How do I remove "There are no posts in this forum" panel from FORUMDISPLAY
 
Hi! Take a look here http://valhalla.ulver.com/f68/
I disable an ability to post in this forum. How can I remove all the panels "Threads in Forum", "Display Options", posting icons, posting rools .. if there isn't any post in a forum? I just need to show subforums in this forum..

instead of disabling posting, make it closed... "Forum is Open" >> NO!

No, I don't have to close the forum because it includes subforums. If I close it, all the subforums will not be shown.
