Same board, seperate page for certain forum section.

Basically, I want something similar to VB.org (Seperation of forums like: Forums, Mods, Styles). I want a separate page for one of my forums, and want to know the best way about doing this. I will create a link to this forum, but I don't want it showing on the forum index.

Display Order 0. Then just access them by the direct URL.
