Users approve or reject new members
 

I was looking for an hack which would be;

1.New members will register as usual
2.Users or (other user groups) will see new applications for memberships (they will not be able to edit fields / or admins may be editing)
3.Forum Users will vote for new membership application (approve / reject) Users will read the fields for membership such as education, age, martial status, bibliography, hobbies or reasons to be a member
4.The voting may be limited time or vote total
5.Depending on the result of the poll, new applications will be approved or rejected.
6.After new users are accepted upon their activity on the forum, users will be also voted for new levels. Admins will vote users to become moderators or moderators to become super moderators.
7.All groups will be selected in democracy. It will allow users to involve in forums more and actively

This hack will turn forum to a club. Loyalty will be improved.
