I need help modifying some table properties?

Hi.

I am a recent Vbulletin convert (from Joomla/SMF shudder) and I love it and have a number of mods etc already installed. As you can imagine this is starting to give me a little headache till I figure out where the template settings are.

I have added a chatbox and a Welcome Panel from the Vbulletin mods. But they are not in the same style as the rest of the forum.

I've been messing around with the Chatbox and Welcome panel but I don't know where the stlye settings are for the rounded top of the tables etc. I can find the template for the welcome panel and Chatbox. I just don't know where the template settings to copy are.

If you see the first actual forum it has the rounded table corners and differant background image.

I am using CA Evo style .

Any ideas greatly appreciated.:confused:

I've been poking around the documenatiion but no eureka moments.

What is the actual top part of the forum table called? Forumg Header?

That style uses replacement variables for the curved corner effect.

You'll have to go into the chatbox template and the welcome header template and search for something that looks like this:
Code:

<table class="tborder" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%" align="center">
<tr>
        <td class="tcat">$vbphrase[chatbox]</td>
</tr>

and replace it with something like this:
Code:

<ca-hdr>
                <td class="tcat" width="100%">$vbphrase[chatbox]</td>
</ca-hdr>
<table class="tborder" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%" align="center" style="border-top-width: 0;">

I'm not entirely sure if the replacement variable for that style is "<ca-hdr>" but you can find that out by looking at the bottom of the Style Manager. I also took a wild guess what the $vbphrase for "Chatbox" would be, so that may be off too. :)

Thanks. I'll give it a go tonight :up:

<!-- Chatbox -->

<table class="tborder" cellpadding="4" cellspacing="1" border="0" width="100%" align="center">

<thead>
<tr>
<td class="tcat"><a style="float:right" href="#top" onclick="return toggle_collapse('forumhome_chatboxtop')"><img id="collapseimg_forumhome_chatboxtop" src="$stylevar[imgdir_button]/collapse_tcat.gif" alt="" border="0" /></a><a href="#" onclick="return openChatbox()">$vbphrase[chatbox_chatbox]</a></td>
</tr>
</thead>
<tbody id="collapseobj_forumhome_chatboxtop" style="">
<tr>
<td class="alt1" width="100%" colspan="2"><div class="smallfont" align="center"><iframe src="chatbox.php?nofocus=1" width="100%"$chatboxheight style="border: 0px" frameborder="0"></iframe></div></td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
<br />

I've tried it but it just adds another header to my chatbox et al. The above script is my chatbox script?:confused:
