New server can't login
 

This is a general question. If a website recently changes servers and then certain members can not access the site, getting taking to long to load error, my understanding is that the ips are not resolving properly. So my question is how do we about correcting the problem is it a site issue or a individual user issue.

You can always mass email all users and tell them it will take a day or 2 to resolve.

It depends on where the users are located and how often their ISP Updates. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours for the switchover to take place so either mass email or just post a notice up on announcements saying "sorry for the inconvenience switched nameservers blah blah blah.."

So there is nothing they can do but wait it out. Thanks.
