He is asking if vBulletin has a database of user-created skins.

No, except for the ones you find here.

No, they don't.

No, we do not purchase any styles from users. The styles found here are uploaded by members voluntarily.

.. this may be related to the fact that some companies like Subdreamers are buying styles from designers to make their collection of default styles grow...

but actually, i think that the best thing is the individuality of the plurality.. ?! ... each individual can start styling for vB, and the plurality makes the difference between good and bad designers... competition in a large view !!!

And there is no competion for designers.. well no competion for me.
