Fantastic site, with some good support. There are some really rude people out there, especially on that vbulletin.com site, shame since that is the official site :( I avoid it at all costs because of the rude people, and only use it when i have too. Shame that the best software has the worst help (.com not this site).

If your talking about the regular users, your bound to find them everywhere. The staff at vB.com are really nice and not rude.

it's just annoying sometimes when new members will start a thread when, if they would have done a quick search, then can find the answer already posted ;)

Glad you've had a good experience, but don't give up on vb.com, they have some great ppl over there as well ;)

vB.com is always good and quick with technical difficulties. I agree with Loco though.

Totally agree, but it wasn't anything like that! I have read several comments from one staff member in particular, who is just plain rude, and honestly should be taken off staff. If i had a staff member who was that rude, they would be removed quickly, to avoid people leaving the forum because of them!

See, Loco? Remember when you said I was unfriendly? I'm not really...ask most anyone here. I wasn't meaning to be unfriendly, I was just seriously annoyed. Your calling me on it just made me more annoyed. Like you said, it's annoying when they just post threads without searching first...if they say they tried to search first, then I help them the best I can...and with a smile.:)
