FAQ/Knowledge base type mod?
 
I did a search but couldn't find anything like it

But is there a knowledgebase/FAQ type mod, which lets staff submit questions/answers which users can search for?

Go to the vB ACP -> FAQ to set up a page similar to https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/faq.php

the built in FAQ is pretty nice if you play with it :)

Hmm, must admit, I never thought of using the inbuilt one
Basically we're a forum for a rather large MMOPRG game called Ultima online and we wanted an FAQ or knowledgebase for collating answers to the most frequently asked questions
Or just information which isn't documented properly

you could use a wiki ?

there is a wiki integration mod available
