RSS Feeds + Can view thread content

I turned "Can View Thread Content" off for unregistered users.
Now I must find that the rss feed for those forums where I set this setting does no longer work.

I need a modification to the external.php, or just a plugin, so that the rss feed is built with the titles of the threads only. And it should work if the viewing of the thread content is turned off.
