live chatting

what options are out there for this on vbulletin?

we need to have a live chat area in different areas of the forum if possible and we need to have transcripts of these discussion (would be really nice to have this).

Is shoutbox the best option for this?

I use a MGC Shout box. It has a built in archive function.
