How can I get rid of this

I've seen another forum with this style get rid of that bar. Any ideas how?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

edit: Oy, that took my forever to find.

For future searchers,

In your admin control panel, on the left hand side open up vBa CMPS, default settings, edit settings, scroll down a bit and you'll find "Enable Navbar" switch that to no.
