IP address length in Who's Online

I would think that this would be semi-easy to do, but I sure don't know how to do it.

In Who's Online, sometimes I'll see someone with a really long IP address. This isn't their fault or something that they could or should change. But when you've got a fixed-width board, it messes up the table structure. Is there some way to limit the length of the IP address?
