Missing usernames
 
I was just looking through old stuff, and noticed a lot of usernames don't appear.

A lot of posts prior to April 2001 are like that - as to why - no idea, six years is a long time ago, the reason is probably long lost.

Way back when the modification forums were hosted over at vBulletin.com. When vBulletin.org was 're-opened' as the "official-unofficial modification" site all of the old posts were imported and some user data was lost in the process IIRC.
