vBulletin Logo

I'm currently working on a public theme, an "improvement" of the default.

Is it alright to include the vBulletin logo as it is in the header? (Just the logo, different text)

Well, I've seen on vBulletin.com that they can't provide the vLogo in the logo PSD.
