Itrader Help!

ok, i have itrader installed, i left feedback for a member because im admin and it works, but when he tried to leave me feedback or someone else feedback with itrader, it says sorry, itrader is currently CLOSED! it says that to all membergroups except admin.

I have it to where they can view itrader ratins, leave itrader feedbakc, its bubbled as yes.

what do i go to to fix this so eveyrone can leave itrader ratings?

please help!

go to itrader options and change the first option to yes :p
