Multi-Quote Problem

I have the buttons installed inside the folder but nonetheless all buttons appear except these. A box appears woth a red cross. I even tried to import user multi-quotes from other styles and replaced them but in vain.

Can someone help please? By the way is the multi-quote a standard feature of vBulletin or is it an addon?
