What CMS / mods are right for me?

Im currently growing tired of my current CMS I have.
I want to move to vBulletin but would like to know if there are current CMS mods / plugins that would meet my needs.

Features Im looking for CMS wise.
- Something wiki ish
- I would like users to beable to create new pages but have them waiting to be valaded by an admin.
If pages could be templet drivin (differnt templets for differnt sections) that would be great.
Would also like to group related pages like a "see also"
- Links
- Polls ( could be done in forums but would like to option to have a "front page" poll)
- Would like a news system (again can be done with the forums, just want then to show up on the front page)
- Some type of recent forums post displayed on front page.
- A way to have other plugin/add ons made and tie in with the rest of the site.

To users that post.
If possable could live sites be posted that use said CMS. Its kind of hard to see the full potential of something for the developers site.

Thank you to all that reply.

with the exception of something wiki ish, all the above can be made between vbulletin & using vbadvanced (free). I use them on my site and have all the functionality you mention. If you're like me, it took a few tries to figure out what I was doing, but the newest incarnation of vbadvanced is a real piece of cake to suss out.
