!-- Show warning points --> showing in post bit

In my post bit, this shows for all users '!-- Show warning points -->'. Is there any way to get rid of this? I am assuming it is there to show anyone who has warning points, but everyone is at zero for now, and it just shows that phrase.

It's a comment that is missing a '<' at the begining.
