I'm having a strange problem. This all worked perfectly in the past.

The plugin is active and the code is a bit modified:

Not only is the last cell with the icon not appearing, I can completely remove this whole table from FORUMDISPLY and the table still appears. So nothing I edit in FORUMDISPLAY will correct this problem because the pages are getting this table from SOMEWHERE ELSE.

But where?
