vb.org Archive - Calendar - export upcoming events?

I work for a newspaper web site and I run its associated forums page, using vB, vBa, and PhotoPost. I'm competent in PHP/MySQL, but by no means an expert.

Here's the thing: I need to export calendar events for reverse-publishing in the paper, which means I need a way to export upcoming events for the next x days, either as an XML file, CSV, HTML - doesn't really matter. I'll worry about that later.

I found the Mod "Calendar events on non-VB pages" at this thread:

Is this where I should start? Any other suggestions?

I just tried the Mod listed above, and it doesn't include ranged or recurring events. Basically, I just need to reproduce what vB does (when displaying upcoming events on forum home) and put it on a non-vB page so I can export it from there.

Anyone know where that code is in vB?
