What template would I have to modify?

I have vb3 classic template installed, so if you wanna see a copy of whatever template it would be in, just ask.

nvm i did it .. just find "What's going on" and move it up very simple.

Well I didn't know how to do it when I posted it, so I thought I'd ask for help. Waiting for a reply I figured it out. I can't delete the thread b/c I don't have the "power" to, so I figured I'd just edit it.
