PM Blacklist
 
I want to allow users to have a blacklist of people they wouldn't want PM's from. The sender could see a mesage something like "This user is not accepting PM's". Is there a mod available that does this already?

Ignore list might be closer, but I'd want this just for PM's and Ignore works with threads as well as PMs. I was wanting something just for PM's.
