how do i get my site onto google search

as title how do i get my site to register on google search engines when people are looking for sites.

I believe that Google has a submission page, and there are many submission services available out there for free.

However, as longs as you have a link out there that points to your site and that page is read by Google, it will follow the link to your page and index it.

I've never had to wait long for mine.
