You need photoshop? what else?

you dont need photoshop except for images.

You need to familiarize yourself completely with HTML and how it works...

You need to know quite a bit, especially tables, <if> statements, etc.

My biggest suggestion would be to study the exsisting templates, like the postbit, and experiment moving stuff around and creating new code, until you get a feel for it.

Thats how i got mine, and im doing great now.
