vBulletin and paypal API
 
How do i get my paypal API certificate onto my vBulletin forum when i get it?

That or how do i get it to where when someone subscribes to the subscriptions it will automaticly activate them.

Huh? When somebody pays, it automatically does what you want it to do.

What exactly do you mean by activate them?

You mean not have to go manually through the people who applied to the group like in the Mod CP?
