choose different posticons in different forums
 

I have too many posticons in total (we use them to label threads). When I turn on debug mode it says "posticonbit (62)" on the posting pages, and increases the page load time.

What I would like to do is only have the posticons for that specific forum show on a page when you are posting in that forum. When you are posting in a different forum, only the posticons for that specific forum show. That way users can only choose from ones relative to that forum, and it increases page load time.

Sorry if that's a bit confusing... know what i'm trying to say?

for labeling threads, you'd be better use the "thread prefixes system"... so you can set each forums specific labels...

in the smiliar threads of this thread here, you see 2 hacks released for the older versions of vB... maybe you can call a coder to upgrade the latest...
