20ft pool

1 Attachment(s)
Hi peeps

Just upgraded my pool (ready for this nice hot summer we is gonna have), We had 1
of those 15ft round x 3ft deep ones last year..Ya know the ones, the one with the
inflatable top ring, Anyway, I had to upgrade as the cat kept puncturing the top
ring so at the end of the season last year i just got that pead off with, instead
of folding it i erm, cut the fecker up lol (how easy was that 'eh) :)

Anyway, went and collected the new 1 Well new to us, it was used off eBay
(350 mile round trip) it's a 20ft x 12ft by 4ft deep, oh yeah, did i mention it has
a top inflatable ring? yeah i know, im glutten for punishment, well actually, it was
partly our fault the cat kept puncturing it, We had a solar cover for that 1 and it
just sat on top of the water leaving the top ring open to all elements (including cat)
this time we ain't gonna bother with the solar cover and use the full over the ring
cover that comes with it, hopefully that should give a bit of protection from the
puddy cat.....

Added a couple of images, (previous owners setup) just in case ya interested lol

To be honest i am absolutely shattered, burnt, back back and a bad neck now, did all
that driving today, Got home, cut the lawn, and put up the pool (took about 3 hours),
now its slowly filling up, thats gonna take a deffo 2 - 3 days :(

Anyway, enough rambling...Laters

We have one of those 15x3 inflatable pools too... except when it was set up this year, it filled up weird so its really lopsided and awkward.

We have an in-ground pool, ours is about 9ft deep. I painted the entire deck around it Friday morning...my back is blood red from sunburn and my front is white as a ghost..going to have to hop in the tanning bed and even things up -,-.

I love the weather but I hate the work that comes with it. ;) Too much stuff gets put off durring the winter time....

The one we had last year was such good fun on those few warm days we had, made a great difference, even just laying on an air bed getting burnt with a drink in ya hand makes ya think of ya holidays ;)

thing is, we felt it wernt big enough, so we at least wanted a 48" deep one this time, then
we saw the bargain on eBay and just had to go for the 20ft job, it was only ?150 and ?50 for the 300 mile round trip to pick it up, Damn volvo supps the juice pmsl......

Actually the area we set it up in is LESS sloped than it was the past two years (we put all our yard clippings in the low area). It just had to do with the inflatable ring being off center when it was filled up, so thats how it filled up. I guess we could refill it but the high side is only off by about 5-6 inches so it's not that big a deal.

If ya in the UK aldi are doing 1 for about ?130:)

I hate it when the pool is off by even a little bit, bugs the hell out of me lol
Not only that, the top ring shows baggy 1 end/side lol

Oh well if your happy with it then who can say other wise :)
Anjoy ya pool m8 :)
