Can't find it!

Hey, I can't find a mod to fit this,
I need a shop + points mod that has a lottery in it!
Like this, people earn points by posting and creating topics, they then buy a ticket,
and "use" the ticket, the ticket disappears and they are added to a weekly lottery.

Anyone have anything like this?
