Modification Needed Will Paypal Money as soon as Complete

Hello members,

I am in need of a mod for vbulletin to disallow forum registrations from the same ip address in a set period of time.

For example, I would not like the same IP address to be able to visit my forums and register an account even if they use a different email address within each 24 hours.

I have an important poll going on at my forums right now, and this is the only solution i can think of to avoid voting fraud.

Please Let me know by email or on here as soon as you can if you know you can do this.

A proxy would be a very simple way around this hack, it would be very pointless.
