Monitor & Display Downloaded Attachments
 
Hi peeps, I'm new to using VBulletin3 and have what may turn out to be a simple request.

I'd like to display which members have downloaded attachments from a particular thread and possibly show a total for each attachment. I guess its basically displaying the information shown in the Attachments section of the admincp , only I want to make it public.
