How do I remove the 'forum' bar underneath the subforums heading?
 
How do I remove the 'forum' 'last post' 'threads' 'post' from underneath the sub-forums header?

I know it's hard to understand so please look here ->

how do I remove the bar underneath the Section: Lake Havasu City header?

If you go into your Admin panel, vBulletin Options > General Settings and turn On the option "Add Template Name in HTML Comments", then when you view the source code of that page, it will tell you which template that code is in. You may then go comment it out (or delete it).
