major problem with style manager main css
 

Hi i have been using vb for over a year now, coming to two years. We always make changes to our forum template.

We recently had an event and i was able to change the css in Style Manager > My Custom Skin > Main CSS

We last changed the main css section a week or two ago and now i am trying to modify something and save the whole maincss. But it dosent save and gives me a page cannot be found whenever i press save?

I have tried other styles that i have and i have the same problem with all the skins.. only in the "Main CSS" section through Style Manager > My Custom Skin > Main CSS each time i press save i get a page cannot be found. Ive tried on IE and FF and i encounter the same problem.

I really dont know what is wrong? Cheers.

make sure css.php exists in your admincp folder. If not re-upload it.

Update to the latest version of vbulletin?

no dude cant too many modifications.. this is a minor problem and its just happened all of a sudden.. was fine a week ago since i changed and now its just the main css template sections which arent working...

have you moved your admincp location or changed the folder name?

nothing like that at all...

try this
go to http://yousite.com/rootforumpath/admincp/css.php

just go straight to that file and see if anything comes up. If it does select the style you want to edit and then you can edit the main css. Then try to save.

that page comes up but it dosent save.. even after i edit..

Try disabling all your hacks and see if that solves it, if it does, a hack is causing it.
