Merging forums
 
Im currently running a Vb site which was imported from phpBB2, conversion went fine all is up and running perfect.

Now the idea Im playing with is taking over of another forum, and importing there posts and members into a subforum on our VB, is this possible ???

After all the threads are imported you can move them to another forum.

the process is exactly the same for a new forum or a existing forum, so you do not have a problem... the only thing is that you will have to edit by hand the similar users (like admin VS admin)...

you can easily move the forum you just import to a sub-forum... they are identified when problematic anyway.
